You know, now that the iPad secret is out – Amazon could really shore up it’s existing client base rather easily, in my opinion:
GET THAT STINKING MAC VERSION OF KINDLE OUT!
That would help me stem the cravings for that newest Apple product, and perhaps keep me from spending my hard earned iCash over at Barnes & Noble, who came right out of the gate with a Mac version of their ebook reader. Yes it’s a bit pricier for a book – but, oooh, that instant gratification cannot be denied…
And face it, there are no rumors about how cool the Kindle for Mac application is going to be – especially with the fake mock-up screens on your web site that aren’t even actual Mac screens. So holding out on us will do nothing to build anticipation – it will just get us closer to the iThingy launch, and give us more time to get used to the B&N reader.
You don’t want that, do you?
